The following are social tagging datasets we have made available for research purposes (external links, also available from here):

Social-ODP-2k9: A set of 12,616 categorized URLs with their corresponding social annotations (tags, notes, reviews,...) retrieved from Delicious and StumbleUpon on December 2008 and January 2009.
DeliciousT140: A set of 144,574 unique URLs with their corresponding social tags retrieved from Delicious on June 2008.
Wiki10+: A set of 20,764 English Wikipedia articles with their corresponding social tags retrieved from Delicious on April 2009.
